I called Zanzibar about my dryer not heating after I tried to replace the heating element and failed.
They arrived the next day, gave me a quote on labor, and did diagnostic work. Turned out they had to come back two days later when a replacement part came in. They showed me my repair and the diagnostics so I could see what the problem was.
There was no funny business about the job needing more work. They stuck with the original labor quote and only added for the additional part.
Moreover, I accidentally paid them twice via Zelle, which is very hard to reverse. Zanzibar refunded the extra payment within 15 minutes. This shows a lot of integrity.
I will call Zanzibar the next time I need an appliance repair.
